Cirro Cloud Solutions Partners
Cirro Cloud Solutions resellers are entitled to sell Cirro public Cloud services ideally in the context of selling third-party applications or professional services. The reseller is requested to ensure that the end-user will be signing a Cirro Cloud Solutions subscription agreement. Two sales consultants of the Cirro Cloud Solutions reseller are required to pass a one-day sales training to be qualified. A Cirro Cloud Solutions reseller will be receiving a 15% margin of the end-user price on the first contractual period.
Cirro Cloud Solutions OEM partners are entitled to brand, embed, package, price and sell Cirro public Cloud services to be part of their own solution(s). The OEM partner is requested to ensure that the end-user will be signing an OEM partner branded subscription agreement. The Cirro Cloud Solutions including OEM solution has to be approved by the Cirro Cloud Solutions management before being qualified to be taken to market. A Cirro Cloud Solutions OEM partner will be signing a three year´s contract of a to be agreed business volume to be paid annually.
Cirro Cloud Solutions service partners are entitled to provide professional services such as business process advisory, solution configuration and training services to end-users who purchased Cirro Cloud Solutions Cloud services. The service partner will be signing a professional services agreement with the end-customer and be following Cirro Cloud Solutions´ instructions to ensure customer satisfaction. One technical consultant and one trainer has to be certified in order to be qualified as Cirro Cloud Solutions service partner.
Cirro Cloud Solutions technology partners are expected to be providing an open API that allows Cirro Cloud Solutions Cloud services to either be integrated or applications, processes and data to be migrated from and to third-party applications resp. target repositories.
